Delivery & Pickups

Pickup and Delivery

The following applies to both Delivery and Pickups

Pick up is welcome in our warehouse in Melrose Park (38-42 Wharf Rd, Melrose Park 2114), booking essential.

We only ship items within Sydney metro, we cannot deliver outside these areas. Outside these areas you will need to arrange your own pick up and delivery from our warehouse in Melrose Park NSW. We use third-party contractor to deliver the products and we charge $75 standard delivery fee Monday - Friday, $90 Saturday and Sunday.

We would like to note that the ownership of the product which you have purchased shall remain with us until all of the following conditions have been met

  • Payment of all monies
  • Clearance of all cheques and any other negotiable financial instruments
  • The delivery of the product

i. Your product will not be delivered or be available for pickup until such time that the above conditions has been met in full.

ii. If it has been agreed that the balance of monies owning shall be paid on delivery of the product, the payment of any balance must be made in exact cash payments as the driver does not carry any wireless EFTPOS machine or change.

iii.Other pay methods are only available in our retail stores.

iv.We cannot release any product if they have not been paid in full.

v.It is a condition of your purchase that you shall accept delivery or pickup of all product within 14 days of notification that the product are available for delivery or pickup, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

vi.Overdue storage fee at the rate of $50 per cubic meter per month would be applicable for storage beyond the 14 day notice.

vii.The delivery fee charged is for a standard delivery only, does not include services such as unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging or old furniture.

i.Any expected delivery date or lead time advised by our sales consultants are provided in good faith and does not form a term or condition of sale.

ii. Our staff can help you choose a delivery date but are not able to promise the specific time frame on the delivery date.

iii.All delivery times advised to you are approximates only and we are not responsible for any delays.

iv.You are required to provide clear and unobstructed access for the delivery of product. Difficult access requires prior notice as additional delivery personnel may be required and additional delivery charges may result.

v.If you are not present at the time of delivery, the product shall be re-delivered on another mutually agreed date and time which will incur further charges. To ensure all products are delivered on time to our customers, delivery drivers are on a tight schedule and therefore cannot wait for you.

vi.If you wish to change the date of delivery or no longer require delivery, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice of any intended cancellation or rebooking prior to the agreed date. Otherwise the delivery fee shall be deemed forfeited and any re-delivery of product will be borne by the customer.

vii. Please organise adequate protection for your floors and internal surfaces prior to delivery as we are not responsible for damage to your floors or internal surfaces caused in any way by the delivery of your product.

viii. Due to OH&S requirements, our delivery personnel must wear appropriate footwear at all times. So please take measures to ensure your floors and internal surfaces are protected.

Pickup at our Warehouse or Store

i. All customer pick-ups whether at one of our stores or our warehouse must present their original tax invoice and be PAID IN FULL before the product can be collected. Booking is essential.

ii. Warehouse pick up is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday during 10 am-2.30 pm, Saturday and Sunday during 1pm-5pm. Warehouse is closed on public holidays, no charge.

iii. Store pick up is available at Auburn, Bankstown and Campbelltown stores on everyday except public holidays during the trading hours. Visit store locator page for contact and trading hours. This incurres $25 store pickup fee.

iv. It is your responsibility to bring any tools, accessories or cover material necessary for the safe transportation of the product.

v. Our staff will gladly assist you with loading, however, we may refuse to assist if we consider there to be a real risk of injury or damage.

vi. Please therefore ensure you bring someone to help you and that you bring adequate wrapping, blanket or materials to transport your product safely.

vii. On pickups from our stores or warehouses, inspect your product carefully.

viii. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to us and noted on the pick up copy.

ix. Once you have inspected your product and have signed for your acceptance on the pickup copy, noting any damage, you agree that the pick up copy is then evidence of the condition of the product at the time of pick up.

x. We are not responsible for any damage that may subsequently occur as a result of you loading the product into transport.
